I had ordered for a green & multi-coloured salwar suit product from Zipker on 14th of July 2018 and received a confirmation email from them. Order Id:[protected] and Transaction #:[protected], Total price: 999/-
I received a wrong product ( a blue and beige coloured material) on 16th and so sent a mail to them regarding the same. Their customer care number was not available at all so i tried repeatedly and raised complaint via email.
On 22nd they responded that the ticket is raised and they will respond. On 25th July, they sent a mail that the ticket is closed even though nothing was resolved and they dint contact me for anything. After that i tried to contact them again and again but still dint receive any response. Finally i raised a complaint now, because they did not respond and i could not return the product. My refund also is pending and its already August 8th today.
