Complaint Details:
Have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and I plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when I checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as I removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and I was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don’t see a sign of their effort.
Please assist to get it resolved
