Respected Sir / Madam,
I have postpaid account with Vodafone since 2011.
As per email dated 28 Aug 2016 and phone call I requested vodafone to deactivate my data plan on number +91 7507294004.
Email sent to corpcare.mah@vodafone.com.
However today I can see monthly charge of 3740 INR applied to Dec bill for 6.62 MB internet usage. As per vodafone data plan is active on my account even after the proper email sent to them.
I feel this are unnecessary charges. need to be removed from my account
