I bought Vivo v7 plus on 17 April with amtrust insurance financed by home credit. My phone’s display has been damaged and i filled for claim and submitted all the documents also. My phone got damaged on 20 april and i filled the claim on 27th. Because iam in kashmir The cause of delay is non working amtrust’s online claim portal. I have communicated the same to the representative but now they have rejected my claim saying u have filled claim after 48 hrs.
