Sub: my SIM has been blo cked and problems in its re-activation- reg
I am Mrs. Nidhya, living at No 18, Pugazhendhi Street, Anandha Nagar, Kathirkamam, Puducherry – 605008. I was using the mobile no- [protected] (AIRTEL) for the last two years without any problem. However, on 28.04.2918, my SIM card was blocked for apparently no reason at all. I contacted the local customer officer and he told me that the SIM card is registered on some other name. I was shocked by this reply and told him that I have been regularly using this number for the last two years and there was no problem.
I have since then been trying to get the error rectified and and get the SIM card changed to my name or get another SIM card but with the same mobile number but to no avail. I am regulary talking to the AIRTEL officers to give me a suitable solution as this number is linked to my adhar and accounts of government and other agencies.But, till now I am only getting promises and no real steps have been taken to solve my problem. Hence, I bring this issue to your kind attention and request you to do the needful at the earliest so that I can continue to use the same mobile number. My alternative contach number is [protected].
