But has reached Agartala ..the branch says that it’s at the right address …even if I’m at fault then I’m just asking for the signature and no. Who received it .
I’m a regular customer and ship 5 packets daily on an avg .I won’t be able to do my business with this kind of services . It was booked on 16 Oct and today 5th Nov ..I have been coordinating with my branch owner but he cudnt do anything. …it’s a request atleast provide me with details where is it so that I can send for reship at right address … The branch of Agartala is so ignorant and does not feel like helping doesn’t not pick calls …is this the way a courier service should work ! I need a help urgently. . it consists of 6 phonecovers and IL be at a high loss if the packet gets mis placed pls help me ?
