On 16 th december I booked ticket from www.msrtc.gov.in for journey from Pune to Aurangabad. It was not successfully booked but money god debited from my account to MSRTC merchant. After 13 days also money didn’t got refunded. I called MSRTC customer care and send mail also, I didn’t get accepted response. I confirmed with my HDFC bank customer care , as per their confirmation money were deposited to MSRTC merchant. Here we are talking about digital India and government websites are fooling customers.
