Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Payment not received

Complaint Details:
I ordered Borse Dark Brown Textured Finish Ladies Wallet on 07.12.2016 from snapdeal, then i received wrong and defected wallet delivery on 12.12.2016 and i paid by cash on delivery Rs. 581 then i same day requested for replaced wallet (Borse Dark Brown Textured Finish Ladies Wallet) and on 13.12.2016 they from snapdeal picked up my defected product and refunded my money without my permission on recharge balance, then i received again wrong and defected wallet on 15.12.2016 and this wallet payment i made from my recharge balance account, then same day i requested for return and snapdeal picked up my product on 17.12.2016 but until now snapdeal didn’t refund my money Rs. 581, i called many times on snapdeal customer care but all the time they are saying they refund my money to my credit card but i don’t have any credit card, i don’t know what to do and get my refund, please help me out and do something that i get my money, our respected PM are saying for cashless India and promote online shopping but i had a very bad experience, please refund my money.
