I have bought an HD projector online through Sunstar Infotech address : 108 1st floor Royal Arcade Nr Jeevan Dhara Hotel Opp Ashar Deep School Varachha Road Surat – mob :
The fault in the projector is that it is not HD supported as I have bought HD supported projector.
Firstly I have complaint to BENQ customer care. I have received the mail from Benq customer care that the company is not responsible for online purchase products. So you have to contact the seller.
So I have contact the seller about my product complaint. but till now the seller has not solved my product nor any reply from mail.
The purchase date of my product is : 4/10/2016
I am mentally so much harrassed by the seller.
Please do strong action againse the seller.
