I purchased a saree online from saribox.com on Wednesday ie. 5th September 2018 with COD as the option. I received my order SB11096301.
The order Id is CD 160/SB11096301
There is no telephone no available for the company to be called or resolve this issue. I mail to the company but no response
The product is defective and the silk is not soft as mentioned on the website.
The fabric is not what I expected and color appears dull.
I want to return the same. Kindly guide.
I could not find any such thing for returning the product on the website
