My name is P.Raman, and i am using the reliance gsm prepaid karnataka mobile no. 9590884324 for the past 4 years. i have shifted to chennai in june 2015 and from that i am continuing using it with special recharge for roaming RC47.
On 24th dec 2016 i received a message from reliance that if u recharge using plan 501 before 30th dec all outgoing calls to any network in india is free for 100 days and 1 gb data.
As i am in chennai i made a call to the customer care using 198 service around 8 pm and enquired about the plan. the guy spoke told that so and so i s the plan and when i asked him whether could be used in roaming, he is not clear and told to check myself.
So again i called the customer care and clearly told him that i am in chennai and in roaming and using the sim and asked whether if i will recharge will 501 plan the outgoing calls will be free or not.
he told no problem, i could use it anywhere and i will get the outgoing call free benefit.
So i made a recharge of 501 around 8.30 pm and when i made call to my friend the balance started to cut from my main balance.
So in next day morning i called the customer care again and miss reshma begam spoke and told first the outgoing will not be free during roaming. then i informed that the guy previous night told. she told okay she will correct it and money will not be deducted.
Again i tried to make call to my friend again money got deducted from the main balance. so again i called her and she told no outgoing calls are not free and only incoming free during roaming.
i told i want solution for that she told she will connect with the higher official and transferred after 15 min also no one took the call. this happened two times and then i chatted with the customer care live chat service with nisha, she told only apology for the inconvenience caused and the action will be taken on the customer care service person.
i told her that i want the refund to my mobikwik account from which i recharged or you give the equivalent talk time value for 500 rs, as i could not use the plan and due to wrong guidance of the customer care i had recharged. she told the service request no 253082198 is registered and within 48 hrs the request will be solved.
After 48 hrs nothing happened. i again chatted today 28.12.16 then also again same story of apology and strict action on customer care person. i want the monetary benefit, i cannot loss 500 rs due to their negligence. she didnt agree. so i am complaining here.
i want the solution of refund of 501 to my account or providing of the 500 rs talk time to my account. i something to be cut for the 4 days usage of plan also no problem on pro rata basis the balance to be refunded
