I am writing regarding the new installation request that i placed on 7th April 2018 with Reliance Big TV. Booking id : 14541461
As per their plan it was supposed to be installed within 30-45 days and i was expecting the same to happen within that time period if not before.
On 4th May i received a message from BigTv saying that now the installation process will commence from 15 June which way beyond the time period that was committed.Its been more than 40 days nows
Moreover i called Big Tv customercare and they staright away denied to refund my booking charge of 500 and asked me to email to the Big Tv team.
I have got another DTH from another company called Dish Tv installed now as i couldn’t wait for so long.
After multiple reminders and follow ups, BIg TV is not responding to my complaint. Please help me get the refund of 500 Rupees also help me get the compensation of 1000 Rs of the time loss.
