Hi All,
I left my previous organization on September 2016 & applied for PF witthdrawal after resignation.Since then i have not received my PF.On continous follow up with RAMYA OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS, they say that we are following with PF office & cant question EPFO about their work as they are govt employee.When i asked for acknowledgement copy RAMYA OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS told me that PF office do not provide acknowledgement because if they provide the same they have to process it within 3 months.I have submitted all my documents for PF to my employer in Mar 2017 & they claim to have submitted the same to the PF office. ) & another status says the claim has been rejected. But I do not have any update from my employer. they are cheating not only me more the 100 employees not getting PF amount more than 3 to 4 years.
