I am a consumer of PNB Bank and i made a online payment through my debit card in amazon.in and after that I returned the same. So the ecompany sent me the refund reference code and told the same amount will reflect on or before 20.12.16. But still the cash has not been credited to my bank a/c. and after this I called the Pnb customer care but unfortunately they can’t solve it and very rude to consumers.
