Scam or fraud: Poor service

Hello kotak team.

I lose my 1500 rs within a month. And i m unable to cal even cusmer care. They are also not reaponding of my cal. I my very distrass from your service. When it was ING vesya then it was very good and speedly service provider. But not now. I sont know that what ia ression. But plzzz help me to return my mony. I lose it 3 time. 1100 and 300 and 100. Rs alrady detact from my account but i did not recieved plz help me.
