Complaint Details:
I had made a bill payment for my vodafone mobile, and currently its stuck on “payment confirmation awaited”. I have tried their customers care services but they are all self help service, I have never been able to talk to a real person on phone. My problem is that since that message had shown, it’s been stuck there for about 2 days and there’s no valuable information that is being provided by Paytm regarding this matter. The amount of 600 rupees had also been deducted from my Paytm wallet since then, and there is no option for cancelling the process. I am stuck with my RS 600 amidst this processing that’s been continuously going on for two days.
