Complaint Details:
Hi, I have purchased few clothes on Sunday and faced the payment issue where the mobiquick information was not availed during the payment. When raised this concern to line managers they agreed with their internal staff missed to provide the information after that no other alternatives was not provided to satisfy their customer. They should always stick to their motto ” Customer Satisfaction”
Kindly to the needful with providing other alternatives.
