Scam or fraud: Netmeds — order not received

I have placed an order on 31st October 2018 for medicines and my OID is -NMS[protected]W, and i got to know i have not uploaded a new Prescription hence i have uploaded the New one on 1st of November from 3rd of November am calling up netmeds and talking to associates and they are all giving vague answers, however with the tracking ID PP[protected] by Wow Express, the status has not been updated from 6th of November to till today, my mom is a dialysis patient, i have ordered these medicines one week before and if something goes wrong who is responsible, i would suggest you please cancel the vendor Wow Express and educate your BPO sector with humanity, someone called Floor Supervisoer (Mr. Selvester)i spoke to him on 8th of Nivemeber @9.40AM and he said he will call me back within 1 hours but he called after an hour, i.e., 10.55AM and he spoke to me till 11.24AM and he agreed that he will call me back within 11.55AM to either deliver the order by 1PM or process the refund…
