I start my mediclaim Insurance policy on 5th oct 2016. I am hospitalized on april 2018 for some pain . After 2 days stay at hospital. I submit my claim . But they are told that claim not acceptable. I have all report and all bills during hospitalized. Please advise accordingly. what to do to get the reimbursement, i want to lodge my compain against national insurance
