Scam or fraud: Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — puppies in the street at peerzadiguda

There are multiple street dogs in our lane. However last week 2 of the dogs gave birth to multiple puppies. There are almost 8- 10 puppies in the lane now.
Request you to send over people to take the puppies to a shelter or give it to adoption center.
