Complaint Details:
Our house water meter is faulty since 3 months. complaint given to AE in jayanagar BWSSB office. Till date no action from the department. Blindly they are charging Rs 1300 to Rs 1400 every month without replacing the meter. Is this the way that the govenrnment office has to function? We are fed up with the officials who seems to have dont care behaviour. what is that they need to replace a water meter?
