SIR
I have bought your company s stuff (1 jeans, 1 shirt and 2 t shirts) 15 days back from your retail outlet located at Dumas road surat
All that stuff had been bought by me when I was on family visit of surat city.
My complaint is that when I washed my polo levis t-shirt for the first time the t shirt is being torned from armpit side and got holes in it as well as the logo sticker which is being patched at the left chest side of that t shirt also being removed at its own.
So it’s my request to do needful in this matter
