I ordered SWIPE ELITE 4G Battery on 06/07/2018 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.
Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Already sent emails and complaints many times to cancel the order but no response.
This is my first experience with Jaxtacart and worst online shopping website I’ve faced. Going to lodge complaint against the website if no response received within few days.
Already bought the Battery in direct store. So I want refund only not the product anymore. By reading the reviews of your websites it seems fake product website.
People new to this website beware before ordering.
Already raised complaint on 12th July but still issue not resolved. They just changed the order status as amount refunded before 10 days.
Expecting refund ASAP.
