Scam or fraud: Jain International Organisation [JIO] — Non-receipt of Policy Number for phase 2 Health Insurance

Complaint Details:
I am a Health Insurance Policy holder under Shravak Arogyam Phase-2 and my JIO ID is 9100339830402390. I have paid the renewal premium in the month of March, 2016 but till now I have not received Policy Number and therefore could not submit my claim for reimbursement of medical expenses. I am a kidney patient and under dialysis thrice a week. I have sent so many email but none of the same were replied. I have also made so many calls but no proper reply was given. I am in dark and do not know the reason of your silence on the matter. You are working for the health of all Jain’s and this is the moto of JIO. I therefore, request you to send me the policy particulars immediately so that I can submit my claim for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by me.
