Scam or fraud: — delivery time-frame

Complaint Details:

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 27th of October 2018 and the last update on it was on 28th of October 2018, my order ID is[protected]-4306503. As per Jabong, I was supposed to receive my order latest by yesterday, 2nd November 2018, I called up the customer service, I got contradicting information, one rep told me that it’s out for delivery and the other one told me that it’s still at Khawaspur. The application says that it’s in transit at Binola. I’ve paid almost 4k and such behavior can’t be accepted. I’ve lost faith in Jabong since the last couple of orders. Even last order was delayed. If this is the case, the company should considering shutting itself down. Look at Amazon, how perfectly they deliver even when the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, I get the delivery within 1-2 days! Please don’t mislead customers and don’t cheat them.
