I booked for apollo tyre on industry buying website on 20th before confirming the booking i confirmed the consumer care that it will be delivered within 8-10 days and today even after 6 days when i am tracking the order its still not even shipped and when i try to contact the customer care dept thy says will check and update but nothing working what should i do to get my money repaid or it get the product delivered within stipulated time what they promised
