Complaint Details:
I have completed B.A in 2016 from IGNOU and till now i have not received the provisional certificate/ grade sheet. i have visited regional center but they asked me to call to new delhi customer care. and when i call to delhi number nobody picks the call.. becase of not receiving this certificates, i lost my job and not able to aply for new job..please help..
