I met with an accident in the month of July and went to a bike parlour in vashi.
A surveyor was assigned for the insurance claim who approved for all the parts damaged in the accident after all my documents were submitted along with the
Claim form dully filled . It is been more than 5 months, the surveyor never answered my phone call. I took my my bike from parlour on 07/07/2016 after paying the whole bill amount. I was told by the surveyor that I would get my claim amount in 15 days which will be transferred to my account.
The surveyor never answered my phone call and i have still not received a penny from the Insurance company.
It should be a legal case on the company for having such Fraud employees.
I want my claim amount to be transferred to my account as soon as possible. The surveyor’s number is 8452817122. This guy should be penalised for not working in the right way.
Iffco Tokio Company should look into this matter so that the customers are not cheated like this ever again.

I have paid again taken IFFCO-TOKIO insurance again this year believing in the name but i am highly disappointed after the kind of service i received from the company.
