I Rashmi one of Customer of Home Shop 18 my order ID is [protected]. One month ago I placed an order and received 7 pcs. nonstick kitchen set after 12 days of order placing. It is defective and I complaint about this on the same day of receiving. I wanted to replace it earlier but now I would like to refund it.
As my experience is very Bad with Home Shop 18. your all executives are irresponsible who are not able to help me out. After waiting so long no one could resolve the issue. Now send someone to collect your product and return my money back.
