Scam or fraud: Hero Motocorp — front right side shocker leakaged and back wheel alignment problem

i have purchase a spender + 13/Aug/2017 hero motorcycle from singla agencies prahladpur badarpur, after 6 month i am getting issue in my bike front right side shocker leaking and back wheel Alignment problem and then i am going to singla agencies and they said to me its not agencies problem its your problem so please look into this matter now tel me what will i do.
