Scam or fraud: HappyDeal18 — different saree in the parcel

Complaint Details:
I received a consignment on 28st May 2018 which was not theSareewhich i ordered n have already paid for it. Since that day i have been sending mails to them for the pick up of the wrong consignment but i m receiving a same reply mail that i would be contacted by them within 12 to 24 hrs. Now it’s almost a week i have not received any call from them.
Still i am receiving the same mail from their side.
I want my refund back.
