Complaint Details:
My complaint is that I booked 1 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 02/09/2018 from vadodara to jetpur in 2×2 sleeper. My PNR no. is G21764548 and Trip Code:
1840BRDLKSDSL15 . My total bus fair is Rs.321 /-. My Journey time was 9.00 a.m. On my travel date, I reached Surat bus station at 11.15 a.m. and inquired about my sleeper bus from depo incharge of vadodara bus station. But depo incharge of vadodara told me that sleeper bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in non sleeper bus and you might be travelled in non sleeper bus instead of sleeper bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from GSRTC online. Considering his requests, we travelled from vadodara to jetpur in non sleeper bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.
