Complaint Details:
I’ve purchased a Panasonic Split AC 28th April, 2018, from Great Eastern Garia store.After the full payment they told us that the AC will be delivered on the next day. We waited the whole day cancelling all our plans but nobody came.
Once contacted again they said it must be delivered within 3 days from the date of purchase.
And that exceeded too. Then they called us to inform that they had some internal issues and for which could not deliver it on time. And till now we haven’t received it.
I just wonder what kind of irresponsible and insane is this shop. Go to hell Great
Eastern.
