Scam or fraud: Godrej Interio — delay in delivery

Complaint Details:
I ordered a Storewel in July first week and due to GST the people told we cant track the stock and we will at most deliver it by July end but where witty enough to get the amount and put it in their pockets. And ever since that we waited waited waited and there seems to be no response and totally frustrating. You only have nerve to say “Wait for 10 days” and you could not even inform us and we have to call every time. I had great respect for the brand but after this incident wherever I go I would definitely not recommend someone to buy this product or service. This is the worst product buying experience I am having. Your delivery section is not aware of our details and they ask us every time. Even if that’s the case why is it taking so long to update your server with GST things which should have been done before July 1. Even hypermarkets are able to sort things out and you guys stay solid in your response and thats definitely not good for your growth in the coming years. If you cant deliver it on time or unsure of the date why do you ask us to pay in advance. Your store has some freshers who don’t show interest in explaining or you don’t have time to inform us but seriously ACTING as if though you guys are busy and working. Have to say again that this is the worst ever experience I am having and I don’t even know this will be heard by any one of you and ofcourse I know you don’t care. Above all it takes 10 days to get the payment if I cancel this order and I am not sure whether you will really return it or again make us roam here and there. No wonder why people go out to buy outside India products than dealing with makers like you. Pathetic service. Pathetic Godrej.
