I am disgusted and disappointed by Eureka Forbes Customer Care. If you visit their website you will find it is a very simple process to buy AMC online but in reality the story is much different and horrendous.
I have been calling, chatting and mailing various Aquaguard customer care numbers and email ids, but till date I am unable to do a simple task as registering myself online so that I can purchase the AMC.
They have various means to cheat the customers, will give one example – I want to buy new AMC for 1 year which costs 1960/- but I have to pay additional 465/- because its a new AMC. The trick is if you order online they will not charge you 465/- but will send one technician who will charge 465/- for simply visiting your home.
Can you please Eureka Forbes team explain me what ridiculous terms are these and why all these are not mentioned on your website?
