Complaint Details:
Placed an order for laptop on 28th November. Item was shipped by seller on 1st December. Delivery deadline was 10th December. Product couldn’t be tracked online and neither seller nor ebay helped me in tracking the item. When wasn’t delivered by 10th, I claimed for refund. However, 3 days after deadline, i.e on 13th December, product was delivered. It wasn’t the same product I ordered. It was an older model with inferior specifications and that too a faulty one. SO SELLER DELIVERED AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT, 3 DAYS AFTER DEADLINE AND THAT TOO A FAULTY ONE (NO POWER ISSUE). Complained to grievance department. Was asked to ship back the item myself and was assured that shipping charges will be reimbursed and paid amount will be refunded once the product is delivered to seller. Shipped back the item on 14th December, delivered to seller on 16th December. Neither shipping charged reimbursed yet nor my money refunded.
