I was supposed to receive the courier on 12 Nov. As I was not available your branch person informed me that my door is locked so he will inform his person to deliver on next day. On 13 the Nov my wife was whole day at home, no one came. So I called him. He told me he will check and let me know. After 10 Mon he called me stating that my no. was not reachable and his person didn’t find my address so hewas unable to deliver the sample. I questioned him that on 12 th your person found my address and door was locked now the same person didn’t find my address how is it possible. I informed him that I will collect the parcel from your office till 7 pm but he denied stating they will close at 4 pm. So I informed him do what you want to do. If you want to return you can return. During this conversation he was very rude. Please check the conversation. Today I receive msg from Amazon that my product is out for delivery. So I called him his person answer my call and told me that I informed him to return the package so he has returned.
Now you check my conversation where I have informed. This is not expected from a company who is looking to establish in the market. Such type of behaviour is not expected. Now I am going to post the same in social media. Very disappointed from your service.
