Complaint Details:
Purchased a pedestal fan on 21st April from Mehta stores TC palya Ramamurthy nagar Bangalore. Fan stopped working from the very first day. Raised a complaint on 23rd (#[protected]). They said with 48 hrs the mechanic will call and fix is issue. Its been 5 days now and still no one has contacted. Called the customer service multiple times and everytime they say that someone will call and fix it within days time. Please help!
