This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased Crompton ceiling fan on 21-Feb-2018. Its been just 6 months and the fan outer ring got cracked. I have called up customer care and the technician came. Technician mentioned that, there is no warranty for it and it needs to be replaced with new one which costs 250/-. I asked technician what if the new one also breaks again, then he replied he/company cannot assure that.
My question here is if you cannot guarantee your products then how can we keep trust in your products? Its been hardly 6 months and the product is already broken. I would request you to take action on this and replace the part with new one without any extra cost. Attaching the picture, bill and warranty card for your reference. Looking forward for quick response as i have lot of trust on your company products.
