Complaint Details:
They have cheated me for the certification amount and the organization that provide the certification.
They said they have course and certification training amount for 18000/- and certification amount is 12000/- but they have not provided me iteamsed bill for the same. They promised me the certification will be from the official organization i.e Amazon now they are saying it will not be from the official amazon and they can refund me only 1500/- for the same. They are asking me for the proof that they have said 12000/- for the certification which they have mentioned during the enrollment which I don’t have beacuse they have not provided me any written statements for the same which we had verbal discussion over the call.
