Complaint Details:
I have ordered a product – SO40518206. I have already made the payments for the same. However when I am tracking the order it says that they cannot locate the address / phone number. I cannot find a valid customer care number as well to call. The support staff on the app are giving me numbers which do not exist.
Please help me get the product.
Would request someone to please get this resolved for me.
