Scam or fraud: Citibank — Poor customer care service

Complaint Details:
My citibank credit card was fradulently used by miscreants. I had spent more than 30 min. to raise my grievance to a citiphone officer in Chennai, IVRS said all the officers were busy!
After several attempts, I could place my complaint at mumbai no. 022 26815676. On 18.12.16, an officer in Mumbai told me that my grievance had been forwarded to the “Dispute Team” & would get a call in the next 48 hours.
No call came from citibank.
I had escalated my grievance to Anna Salai Office on 22.12.16 & submitted a written complaint in person. I was told that I’d get a call in 24 hrs.!

7 days gone but nobody ever called from Citibank!
Citibank proudly claims that it is over 200 years old & it never sleeps!

Seems like the Citibank is too busy that it has no time to address it’s customer’s grievance!
