Complaint Details:
On 01.12.2016 is when i saw a product ‘ Paws for a cause printed stainless steel anti skid food bowl Red-1600 MI’ sold by pet world. which is a food bowl for my beloved pet and ordered for it by paying money online. This costed me 178.92 rupees due to some offer. On 07.12.2016 when I called customer care seeking for help where they informed me that the order got cancelled by the seller due to out of stock and the refund has been initiated.
They asked me to place an other order by assuring me that i will get my product and credited 50 rupees for the inconvenience caused.
Then when i checked for the bowl again on 15.12.2016, the price was way to high but however I wanted the bowl I placed the order again. This also got cancelled without my intimation on 20.12.2016 singing the same old song.
PS: When the cancellation happened for the first time, I clearly mentioned to a customer service agent that if the order goes cancelled again, then I would like the product to be free as it is not my problem and the agent AGREED for the same.
When I called the customer care I spoke with many agents like pradeep, joe etc who assured that this will be escalated to the leadership team and finally when I called back, I was transferred to a useless female called Poonam from leadership team who took all my order details and hung up the call which is awful.
Amazon being a customer centric company I spoke to many associates having a hope that they will resolve my issue but all they spoke was ‘I am sorry i will give you 100 rupees for the inconvenience caused!!!
I mean i am not begging for the money! I am asking for justice. To get a product I had to wait for a month and they just hung up on me when i am talking over the call!
SUCH A SHAME! Please someone do he needful.
