Hi Airtel Team,
This is Mahipal Kambhampati and bearing Airtel Connection Since 28-Mar-2013. On Monthly basis i am facing Recharge issues in prepaid which was escalated to Airtel several times. During that time i had a discussion with your Airtel Executive Team they have said about Convert to Postpaid and they are ready to provide Rs 499 plan. But from the day one i am facing Signal issues and call drops in the Network and i am unable to use Internet and phone for calling. Which i have complained to 198 but they could not fix my problem. I am staying Near Lakdikapool which is the Centre of Greater City of Hyderabad.
My SIM is activated on 20 Jun 2017
On one day i have called Airtel Team Mahesh he has said there is some signal issue which cannot be fixed if you are not satisfied with our service you can again go back to prepaid. But in prepaid i do not have this offer. Requesting Airtel to look into this issue and do needful.
Today also i have tried calling Customer Service Executive they said they are working how many years or months it will take to resolve a problem with in Hyderabad city.
