I am using this 9841396860 more than 12 years.
Still you have blocked my out going calls, Is this the way you treat us so far from october month.
We are highly disappointed with service provided by aircel.
Raising a service 1-25463894531 and (ERN-2596364-HMMCBZ) not following up a simple process is this the objectives that you following up in ur correspodning department.

This is Shahul hameed regarding my aircel # 9841396860 migration from Postpaid to Prepaid.
I have already visited veperry Aircel branch and paid all my dues, outstanding including 10 days extra charges around 730/- rupees on 13/10/2016 to migrate from postpaid to prepaid but last month
i received bill to pay so again on 26/11/2016 i re-visited veperry brach and complained.
On 28/11/2016 i received call from Mr.Tamil from retention team in spencers brach chennai.
As discussed with him on phone call 9884776641 (call recorded)
Mr Tamil promised that he will reverse(waive off) all the charges and proceed to change 9841396860 from
postpaid to prepaid within 72 working hrs.
02/12/2016 My outgoing call barred.
As discussed can you reverse all the charges and immediately change my 9841396860 from postpaid

STILL I AM GETTING CALLS FROM AIRCEL TO PAY MY BILLS,
INSTEAD OF ASKING MY BILLS TO PAY, CANNOT YOU LISTEN A CUSTOMER NEED ?
MORE THAN 5 TIMES I TOLD AIRCEL EXEXUTIVE TO CHECK MY HISTORY AND CALL ME.
BUT NONT OF THE EMPLOYEE LISTENS ME AND TELLING ME THEY WILL CALL ME IN NEXT FIVE MINUTES AFTER GONE THROUGH MY HISTORY. SO FAR NO CALL BACK FROM AIRCEL EXECUTIVES AFTER THEIR FIVE MINUTES BUFFER TIME TO CHECK MY HISTORY.
I FEEL ASAHAME OF BEING A AIRCEL CUSTOMER MORE THAN 12 YEARS.
I have also recorded aircel customer care calls, i am maintaining my decency.
Cannot your company just keep up your word ???
