In Feb 2015 I bought Microsoft lumia 535 in reliance digital with extended warranty ResQ upto feb 2017.As it is original display it is not broken upto nov 2016 though my daughter have thrown on floor many times .In november display has broken and I have given in resq for repair and they replaced new display but when I checked with my friend (Moblie repairer) he said it is not original. again in december diaplay has broken .I took it to Reilance resq they said it is not replacable this answer is given after 1 week .but there is no any Terms and cinditions that 2nd time will be not replaceable also saying it costs 4500 rs for display. Reliance digital Store exectuvie said when buying that can be replacable many times whatever is broken for total damage and within warranty period so please look into this and help me on this B.Rajkumar

Idea charged for my mobile no- using for net service ,with Rs.30 & 45 /-immediately after recharge as subscription charges for bollywood breaker and when i tried to deactivate the service through SMS to no given as-155223. However,I have never subscribed to Bollywood Breaker and even didn’t know about it until my all balance get zero .I am really disappointing with Idea as they not only fraudulently charged me, but also didn’t take my complaint. I hope this can get resolved on this forum.I have also spent considerable amount on customer care No calling which is chargeable while roaming.If complaint is not resolved I have to scrap IDEA SIM & Service as well. And this was happened last month….when I recharge my mobile. I really irrited because of this. If u not refund me I’ll port this.I don’t want to waste my balance each time of recharge.

तीन ते चार वेळा गँस मोबाईल फोन द्वारे बुक करुनही घरी प्राप्त झाला नाही व गँस यजंसीला वीचारना केली असता घर मीळाने नाही व डिलेव्हरी बाँय परत आला ,हवा असेल तर यउन पावती फाडा व गँस घेउन जा.असे सागीतले. तसेच नंतर परत गँस बुक करणे साठी फोण लावला असता अधीक माहीती साठी 7 ऩंबरचे आँप्शन टच केले व 1नंबर टच केले,ते चकुन झाले व गँस सबसीडी मीळनार नाही असे समजले. तसेच गँस रीफिल देण्यासाठी आलेला मानुस नेहमी साध्या वेशात राहतो व गँस डिलेव्हरीचे अधीकचे 30 रु मागतो,आणि तेव्हा त्याला पैसे दिले नाही तर नंतर त्यांना आमचे हमेशाचे घरही सापडत नाही.
